Technical Sound Design on Dan and Phil’s Interactive Introverts, the YouTube duo’s second world tour and a stage show built around live audience interaction.

The tour opened at Brighton Dome on 28 April 2018 and ran for 82 shows across 18 countries — the UK and Ireland, mainland Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand and Asia — moving between theatres and arenas before closing at Shanmukhananda Hall, Mumbai, on 21 September.

The sound system was a large d&b audiotechnik V- and Y-series deployment with DiGiCo consoles, scaled to each room from theatres to arenas. Alongside it sat a set of custom-built show control systems: nightly ingest of new show content, live triggering of a non-linear cue list so the show could follow the audience rather than a fixed running order, and wired and wireless remote systems that put live show elements in the hands of the on-stage talent.
